OUR POLICY

• please be aware that the maximum total weight each transparent kayak can carry is 180 kilos. ​This is for your safety. If you have concerns about your weight, we can provide you with a normal non transparent kayak for the tour, but please let us know when you book.

• we suggest that you bring snorkeling equipment with you. Masks can however also be purchased at our desk.

• to take part in our tours you must be over 8 years old (over 4 for the Easy Tour) and able to swim.

• children up to 17 years old are only allowed accompanied by adults (1 child per adult) 

• in adverse weather conditions or for reasons beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel tours with a 100% refund

• 100% refund for cancellations received over 7 days before the tour. No refund for any cancellations less than 7 days before tour date.

• please note that in case of  a partial no show, full payment of the original booking will be required.

• any items you take on board are under your own responsibility.  We are not liable for anything you may lose or damage during the tour.

• we reserve the right to adapt the itineraries of our tours according to sea conditions eg some caves may not be accessible if the waves are high. Your safety is our first concern.

TIPS & RECOMMENDATIONS

• our tours are not recommended for pregnant women or anyone with heart problems.

• you need to be in good health and sufficiently agile to be able to get in and out of the kayak.

• have a light snack before tours.

• wear light clothing and don't forget your swimsuit!

• use sun cream to protect your skin.

• bring a hat and sunglasses on a cord (Sun glasses don't float).

• the use of non waterproof cameras and phones is not recommended and even if you bring a waterproof item please make sure that it floats.

• bring some dry clothes and a towel in case you get wet during the tour.

• rubber beach shoes are advisable.

• please put anything you do not want to take on the kayak into a bag for us to keep for you. 

• in low season (Apr/ May and Sep/Oct) we recommend that you bring a waterproof jacket

• if you are staying in Sorrento and do not have a car, the easiest and cheapest way to get to Marina del Cantone where  the tours start is by public SITA bus from outside Sorrento train station. It takes around 45 to 50 minutes. If you are staying in Positano or further down the Amalfi Coast, the easiest way is by private car transfer.
